Free Support Group for English-Speaking Men in Paris

The Men’s Group at the Paris Psychology Centre provides a relaxed and safe place to talk about your experiences in the company of other English-speaking men living in Paris. It's a peer-led group, where you can both contribute and play a role in helping others.

You can talk about whatever you like – there's no agenda. It's just a friendly space where men can connect with others, enjoy real discussions, have a few laughs, and hopefully walk away with insight, ideas and help.

The group is open to anyone who identifies as male. 

Cost Free upon registration (12 spots available)

Meet the Facilitator: Andrew Dennis


Andrew Dennis is a  trained facilitator who leads the Paris Psychology Centre Men's Group on a volunteer basis . Andrew moved from Melbourne, Australia to Paris during the COVID pandemic, and has navigated the challenges associated with adjusting to a new city. Andrew has more than ten years’ experience working with men through organisations such as Movember, Polished Man and Tomorrow Man. He creates a laid-back and safe environment where men can have raw and honest conversations about what is going on in their world.

Share, Be Heard, and Boost your Mental Health in a Friendly Space

The Mental Health Skills Group is a group therapy session where you will have the opportunity to talk about your life in a friendly, safe environment, and learn effective techniques for improving your mental health. Each week, a new skill will be introduced from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply this skill to their own lives and receive material for reading and reflection.

Meet the Facilitator: Luciana Rosato


Luciana is an American completing her training in clinical psychology at the Paris Psychology Centre. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish, and has worked at the Argentinean Ministry of Health in Buenos Aires and at the OECD in Paris.

Luciana aims to create a warm, empathic therapeutic space, where everyone's story can be heard. She is also passionate about using the latest research to help people improve their mental health and see genuine difference in their lives

Free Support Group for English-Speaking Women in Paris

The Paris Psychology Centre Women’s Group is a place for English-speaking women to get together and chat about their experiences without judgement or prejudice. You can talk or just listen – whatever you're feeling on the day. It's a peer-led group, where you can both contribute and play a role in helping others. The Women's Group is a safe place where you can be heard, share whatever's on your mind and maybe even find some new friends who can relate to your experience. The group is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Cost Free upon registration (12 spots available)

Meet the Facilitator: Alice Brewer


Alice is British and has been living in Paris for the past six years, working for both French and English companies. She is friendly and approachable, and is familiar with the ups and downs of being an expat in Paris.

At the Women's Group, she helps to provide a warm space for people to get to know each other and share their experiences of living in Paris.
